Refund Policy

At Vrindavan Store, we ensure quality and devotion in every product. If you are not satisfied, please review our policy below carefully.

1. Refunds Issued Only For

Refunds are issued only in the following case:

  • Duplicate Payment: If an accidental double payment is made for the same order.

2. Refund Request & Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 7–10 working days

3. Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Customized products
  • Used pooja items

4. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear unboxing photos/videos for verification
  • Replacement/damaged product will be delivered within 5–7 business days after verification and approval

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return shipping (if applicable) will be borne by the customer unless the issue is from our side.
